AGREEMENT
By placing an item on layaway, customer enters into a contract with SphereWerx, LLC to make payments on an item that SphereWerx agrees to place aside for the customer until payments amount to advertised retail price plus applicable shipping and handling. Customer understands that by doing so, it asks SphereWerx to risk possible sales to other customers for that particular item. Customer takes responsibility for that item and understands that, should customer be unable or unwilling to pay at the end of agreed term, they will forfeit the item.
TERM
Customer agrees to complete all payments to the sum of the advertsised retail price of the item(s) within 60 days of item selectiont. Should customer be unwilling or unable to complete payments, customer forfeits the item.
FORFEITURE
Customer understands that, if unable or unwilling to complete payment within the above term, he/she forfeits claim to the item(s) requested, and the sum of payments made to that date can be used as store credit toward other items of comparable total. Layaway payments are non-refundable.
